When our founder wanted a healthier alternative to soda for his kids, he looked to his own Berkshires backyard, a 300 year old maple forest. Sustainably harvested, organic maple is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Joe went to work in the kitchen mixing maple with sparkling water and fresh fruits from the farm stand. To Joe's surprise, the result didn't taste like maple at all.
