Home health care services may include registered nurses, enterostomal therapy and wound care, physical, speech and occupational therapies, home health aide care, medical social workers, hospice at home, infusion therapy and more.Our inpatient hospice house, located in East Northport, NY is an eight bed inpatient unit designed specifically to meet the needs of terminally ill patients and their families as they face the end of life.
