Gujarat Employers' Organisation (GEO) was conceived in 1979 – 80, with view to promote solidarity amongst employers and to facilitate cordial relationship between employers and employees. GEO strives to build amicable work relations, enriches human skills and attitudes, provides a platform to connect and collaborate, addresses critical concerns jointly and develops a harmonious industrial environment.
