Australian Taekwondo (AUSTKD) is the governing body for Taekwondo in Australia and a recognised Member National Association of World Taekwondo, the Australian Olympic Committee, Paralympics Australia and Sport Australia. Australian Taekwondo is committed to growing and developing its athletes, coaches, referees, judges and clubs. Our focus is on helping our members reach their highest potential and represent Australia with distinction. We guide and support our eight state and territory associations; each are a critical touchpoint in growing Taekwondo as a sport for all and supporting national programs locally. There are approximately 300 clubs that provide taekwondo activities in Australia and over 50,000 active participants.
