When you work with us, you have your own technology support staff at your fingertips!We have taken all our experience and built a company that genuinely wants to help you. We want you to be satisfied!We have one rule: If we can't fix it, or come up with a solution, you're not paying.In addition, we have a few other things we offer that allow us to stand apart:- We thrive on simplicity. Our specialty is taking complex and confusing technology jargon and translating it into easily understood language.- We offer monthly support options for you, your family, and your business as low as $50 a month.- All of our Tech's have college degrees and have at least one year field experience.- No tiered support. You get the best tech all the time. There is no level one, level two, level three, etc.- We have a referral bonus program: $25 credit for each referral- Same day appointments.- No appointment windows such as 12-3pm. Your time is valuable. You have a set appointment time and if we are running late you will receive a call to let you know.- Trustworthy, Reliable, and Strict Privacy Protection!
