We also offer bodywork in AIS (Active Isolated Stretching: The Mattes Method). We are proud to offer Pilates instruction on traditional Gratz apparatus. Gratz Pilates apparatus is used in studios all over the world and teachers and students know the Gratz difference and consider the apparatus an indispensable part of their practice.ABsolute Pilates is a proud member of the Authentic Pilates Union, the Pilates Method Alliance® (PMA) and is a provider of PMA®, ACE® (American Council on Exercise) for continuing education credits to Pilates Instructors and Fitness Professionals.
