We would like to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of GI Barrels, MS Plain & Epoxy Coated Barrels in the name of IAL CONTAINERS. We have set up the barrel manufacturing plant with strong focus on quality and service and the salient features of IAL barrels are as below :• The CR steel sheets used by us are from standard manufactures like Indian Steel Corporation Ltd.(Ruchi Group) & Essar Steel Ltd. • The plant uses continuous seam welding on barrels shell to assure high welding quality.• The shell and the top/bottom go through triple seaming process for leak proof construction.• The seaming compound used by us 100% solvent resistant.• The bunks/closures used by us are of Trisure make (by Balmer Lawrie) with EPDM gasket, which is compactible with almost all hazardous chemicals, for reliable sealing and protection for your product that will be filled inside the barrel.• The barrels go through a dual cleaning process to ensure an oil free, dust free internal surface. This helps reduce the use of cleaning agent and reduce filling preparation time for you.• Every barrel goes through pressure test for leakage before the finishing process.• The external surface of the barrel is pre-treated with 3-in-1 chemical specially designed for barrels for durable paint application and quality.• The paint used by us for barrel is Pure Stoving Paint which is chemical resistant and pass the 100 rub acetone test. This will ensure superior quality till the time your end product is delivered to your clients.• The epoxy coating used by us confirms to food grade, pesticide grade, pharma grade, or as required by the client.• Our barrels comply with stringent UN regulation for packing non hazardous and hazardous products.• We are building capability to offer GI or other special design barrels that you may require for your future growth.
