Sanosync is transforming the priorities behind products designed for patients by putting the ‘person' within first. We develop social apps for improve patients' health and improve connectivity within the healthcare ecosystem. Why we are here: Because 5 out of 5 ‘patients' are ‘people' and people deserve more than science alone to help manage their condition. People don't choose to have a chronic disease but involving them in the process can encourage connection and ultimately help the science be even more effective. Sanosync exists to transform the priority of healthcare products from being purely functional to being uniquely desirable. We bring the personal wants and the medical needs together to provide people with healthcare products that encourage interaction. We do this by design rather than default. How we do it: By putting the patient at the centre of every decision and the community at the centre of every patient we will help achieve tailored support for both the individual person and condition specific community. We work with behavioural psychologists, clinicians, academic professionals and most importantly PATIENTS… to develop & design products that people will actually use and community will interact with. What we do: We develop social health apps for improved patient health. Our products are unique because they help the individual patients manage and monitor their treatment while also allowing those suffering from the same condition to give and receive support. As a result we provide detailed real-life outcome data that can improve decision making and quality of care.
