At Vital Ingredient we're about fresh, nutritious food made exactly how you like it, with our signature create-your-own salads and house salads that are tossed to order, raw superfood smoothies freshly blended, soups and other hot dishes inspired by street food from around the world. Raw snacks such as fruit pots, protein pots and a hot and cold breakfast offering completes our range of hearty, healthy food throughout the working day. Our menus change seasonally to offer the freshest ingredients when they're at their best, and we have a number of sustainability policies in place to limit wastage and food miles. Vital Ingredient currently has 17 stores in the City and West End and will be further expanding across London from 2016.
