The company was established by Jessica D. Roberts. Ms. Roberts has been a resident of Florida for over 30 years. As the owner and president of My Real Estate Broker, Inc., she is responsible for all phases of real estate transactions from the acquisition of property through the closing and title transfer. She has specialized as a listing broker in REO (bank owned properties) and short sales for the last couple of years bringing solutions to wasting non-performing assets; from property preservation services to ongoing monthly maintenance. No property is too small or too large. Since the inception of the business in 2002, Jessica not only exceeded her sales goals but also her customers' service expectations. She has also streamlined the process of buying, managing and selling real estate, a system which she calls the Real Estate Rules of Engagement™. Currently, Jessica is an active member of the Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County and the Realtor® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. Jessica is also a member of the South Broward Board of Realtors® and served as the editor for their publication, Real News, for several years. Jessica Roberts earned her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University where she also received her Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Studies. She has published various industry related articles and delivers workshops and seminars on foreclosures and short sales to real estate professionals, mortgage professionals and consumers.
