In 1994 Sean and Darren Pierce began their life mission to produce the very best, ultra-premium, coffee available anywhere by blending various types of coffee beans. Their travels took them out west and they discovered a rare process called air roasting. This unique process takes the chaff, or outer husk of the coffee bean out of the roast as it's cooking, producing a non-bitter, smooth tasting, clean bean.
