It was called The London Company. Within 25 years the original Company was gone but the name lived on.In 1971 The House of London was incorporated in Fresno, California. During the next 15 years the London Company worked exclusively in Commercial Industrial Real Estate. In 1973, we opened our Residential Division, London Properties Ltd.Despite our diversification, or perhaps because of it, now London Properties has become one of the largest Real Estate companies in America with over 450 Sales Associates and support staff.
