The Land Development Corporation ("the Corporation") is the Northern Territory Government's strategic land developer. The Corporation assists enterprises by providing easy access to well-located industrial and commercial land in Australia's Northern Territory. It also facilitates residential development to increase the range of housing options for Territorians.The Corporation operates under the Land Development Corporation Act. The Corporation reports to the Minister for Economic Development and Major Projects, the Honourable Adam Giles, MLA, Chief Minister of the Northern Territory. Michael Tennant was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation in November 2015.
