In order to help our clients achieve their long-term financial goals, we work closely with leaders in the areas of accounting, financial planning & investments. Polycomp was founded the same year as ERISA (1974) so we've been through all major law changes, have the experience needed to deal with upcoming legislative changes & understand the complexity involved in maintaining retirement plans/accounts. QUALIFIED RETIREMENT PLANS: We administer all types of tax-qualified, employer-sponsored retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), ESOP, Profit Sharing, Prevailing Wage, Defined Benefit, & Cash Balance. INVESTOR CHOICE IRAS: Our Investor Choice IRAs allow individuals to invest in non-traditional/alternative assets such as real property, promissory notes, secured notes, LP, LLC, private offerings & more. PREVAILING WAGE BENEFITS: We perform all administrative functions required to operate any Association-sponsored Trust.
