We have assembled a first-rate team of clinicians and non-clinicians to ensure that our patients receive care from the most competent and compassionate clinicians available. Current management is local to Phoenix, and certain members of that group have been doing business in Phoenix for over thirty years.The majority of current ownership entered the home health business, not as clinicians, but as consumers. They had seen home health up close and personal, and they didn't like what they saw. And, they saw an industry where the home care component was not treated as an equal when lined up against other areas of practice, such as hospitals, as consumers, we saw the wrong in this.Home health is a very important aspect of healthcare, and we decided to raise the bar to bring home health to par when measured against other areas of healthcare. And this requires a very different approach to home health. High tech approaches to medical care are wonderful, but they do not compare to hands on, high quality care. Most agencies pursue one direction, or another. We pursue both by integrating innovative technology with a high level of patient care.
