By constantly looking to our external world to affirm who we are, we have cut ourselves off from our innate wellbeing, inner peace and creativity, and instead experience anxiety, uncertainty and a tendency to play life and work on the safe side.Wisdom leadership is a way of living and leading oneself (and others where applicable), from the inside, where we all have access to a deeper, wiser intelligence which we can use to help guide us to whatever version of success we desire, knowing that we are innately okay and that there's nothing to fear.
