VBV Holdings (Pty) Ltd founded Applied Filtration Services (Pty) Ltd (AFS) in 2010 after securing the exclusive distributor rights for Pall Corporation in South Africa, servicing the Energy Market (Fuels, Chemicals, Refineries and Power Generation). Effective from 1st February 2014, the entire shareholding in AFS was sold by VBV Holdings (Pty) Ltd to AFS Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which in turn is owned by a consortium of investors and management.
