Eberjey was created in 1996 by two young women entrepreneurs, Ali Mejia and Mariela Rovito, while in their early twenties, set out to offer a line of underpinnings that was the antithesis of the typical lingerie brand's va-va-voom image. They believed that the layer worn closest to the heart should express joy, love and confidence-- all the things that make a woman truly beautiful.
