Core Energetics is a powerful therapeutic approach that seeks the integration of all aspects of our being; this encompasses the body, mind, emotions, will and spirit. It is a supportive process enabling the person to explore their past and present issues. By bringing about a greater awareness of the self, one can begin to let go of one's defensive patterns. Through this unified and holistic process, we start to uncover our core reality. The Core is our true nature - energetic, creative, loving and open to life. It is a system for personal growth and healing. It works with our innate life force. Life energy, which includes thought, emotion and sensation, is our creative source. When the energy is blocked, our body and personality suffers.
