Started in a small engineering workshop in the year 1981, R. R. Plast Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. initially ventured in to building machines for recycling, blow-film and pipe manufacturing. After a modest growth for the next two decades it grew by leaps and bounds post the year, 2000. Under the able management of the second generation the company has posted a phenomenal growth for almost a decade. Today the company boasts of a young and dynamic team with well-qualified engineers on board. It has a state-of-the-art factory built in the 2005 at Asangaon with the capability to manufacture and test 8-10 extrusion machines per month. Known for its custom-made machines and top-notch service, today it has installed more than 1500 extrusion machines and 500 sheet-lines for Thermoforming applications all over India. It has expanded its presence in more than 21 countries all over the world with the Turnover of 50-70 cr.The company opened a new chapter in its history by entering a JV with DRTS, USA in the year 2007 and since then has successfully installed 80 drip in-line round pipe plants all over India.Adopting the latest design technologies in the manufacturing screw and barrel, which is the heart of extrusion line and the latest innovations in the design of post extrusion equipments R. R. Plast Extrusions is all set to become the company of the future.
