He has been accepted as an expert with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Baltimore and federal court in Philadelphia. He has over 40 years of experience in liquidating and appraising machinery, equipment, and other personal property. Mr. Miceli is currently a voting member of the Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) and past Chair of the Personal Property Issues Committee. He is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI).
