Mudzi is dedicated to serving rural villages in Malawi. We are building a unique, data-driven community approach for disrupting poverty at the last mile. Our mission is to end extreme poverty in over 8,000 communities which is approximately 16 million people. The current system to end poverty isn't working. Despite millions of dollars of aid and support from large organizations, foundations, and hundreds of NGOs, Malawi is worse off today than it was 10 years ago. We have identified three critical gaps in the market that led to redesigning the way we help people. Mudzi was designed in partnership with WHATIF Innovation Partners, now part of Accenture.
