Our content is tailored and culturally specific, encouraging Latinas to be their healthiest selves through our mutual love of family, food and language. Thanks to our terrific team of researchers, obesity experts, developers, digital strategists and health communications experts we received a highly competitive $1.5 million grant from SBIR-NCI to develop and test De Las Mías in a randomized trial. De Las Mías includes a bilingual app and website with engaging content and easy-to-use, interactive tools to help Latinas help themselves and their comadres, friends and family embark on a journey to a healthier life.
