The Midiativa proposal In Brazil, opinion leaders tend to concentrate on criticizing what is shown on television. Little is said about what quality TV is or should be like, and some valid and recognized actions suffer from a lack of continuity or are simply not appreciated. The mission for MIDIATIVA- Brazilian Media Center for Children and Adolescents – is to throw light on the issue of quality from various perspectives, ranging from the identification of parameters to fomenting actions that stimulate efforts to achieve quality and justify investments in programming for the infant-adolescent public.
