Its unique and patented PV floating technology enables the covering of partial or entire water surface (bottom surface + embankment slopes).When you install our system, you are protecting the environment, reducing CO2 emissions and contributing to a more sustainable world. The main benefits of our technology are that no land is used and therefore it can be dedicated to other purposes during the 25+ years a solar installation lasts, the solar panels are 10-15% more efficient producing energy due mainly to the cooling effect and the system acts as a cover preventing 80-85% water evaporation.ISIFLOATING has been improved over the last 10 years making it the most secure, easy to transport, simple to install, nature proof, low maintenance and cost competitive system in the world. The first project installed in 2009 above an irrigation reservoir in the south east of Spain is still running with no operating issues.Our technology is an alternative to ground mounted and rooftop solar systems given the low Total Cost of Ownership, higher solar panel performance and additional benefits to traditional photovoltaic systems like lower costs of installation and maintenance.
