This is the core concept of MRA's Vehicle Support Network Interface (VSNi©) and Product Support Network Interface (PSNi©). These systems assure the manufacturer that its products are fully supported to its customers – and that the support data is kept current.MRA develops all of the basic components of the product support system, custom designed for your product and to meet all specifications. These can include everything from spec analysis and proposal preparation, maintenance planning, full parts cataloging, and integrated schematics, to technical training on the equipment and on the supporting VSNi or PSNi installation.
