The Pellegrino's have two fabulous lakeside facilities in Lake Ronkonkoma, with two different unique views of Long Island's largest fresh water lake. Starting out as off-premise caterers, we synchronized spectacular weddings and event in tents, gardens and other locations, and we kept expanding. Besides catering, we also provided total event planning and event coordination services. Then, almost twenty years ago, we opened a facility of our own, Windows on the Lake followed by the Beach Club Estate seven years later. Today, we still plan and coordinate tent weddings and other Off-Premises events for our clients through our Events Unlimited Division. We also assist our clients with all other event services such as event rentals, entertainment, photography, and anything else needed. We'll handle all the details and provide a worry free, carefree event; off premise as well as at our two fabulous facilities.
