We represent several ENR top 400 contractors as well as smaller regional contractors throughout the United States.We have prepared and managed complex construction schedules for projects as large as $100 million throughout the United States. In addition we have acted as in-house scheduling and claims consultant for a large Midwestern University on several projects over the course of approximately 5 years.Dave Lunka has acted as an arbitrator on over 40 construction disputes and has successfully mediated 15 construction disputes.
