Our idea is to create an ecosystem of universal battery swapping stations for vehicles to enhance the growth of EV in India. Battery swapping expedites the adoption of electric vehicles by solving key resistive factors like vehicle range, the total cost of ownership, long charging time (idle time), insufficient charging stations, and the short life cycle of batteries due to random charging/discharging behaviour. Analog to refueling stations, EV owners can exchange a discharged battery with the charged one at swapping stations and within a couple of minutes the vehicle is ready to drive again. For the swapping solution, our customers will be able to choose either "Pay after Use model" or "Subscription model".
