The history of Ramachandran dates back to early eighties, when a textile enterprise had been set up at the heart of Trivandrum, and the operations had soon flourished. The organization had made its foray into retail sector in 1989. Ramachandran has got two stores in Pazhavangadi and Attakulangara, having a retail space of nearly 1.50 lakh sq ft., which also includes a supermarket and a food court. The organization's product portfolio includes Apparels, Home Products, Health & Wellness, Footwear, Travel Accessories, Toys & Games, Electronic Items, Furniture as well as Fruits & Vegetables, Grocery and FMCG products. The merchandising team procures goods from the domestic market and also from overseas, depending on the price value advantage, thereby reducing the overall cost of procurement. The enterprise has also developed its own in house brands.The aim of the organization is to provide the customers a pleasant, efficient and complete shopping experience at affordable prices with a wide assortment of merchandise. Ramachandran follows strict quality standards for it's products.
