With background in music, dance, theatre and huge experience in bodywork, I believe in connecting with my clients as a whole being, treating all aspects of the physical, emotional and energetic body.I am certified advanced yoga teacher RYT500+, trained in India first in Traditional Hatha yoga by Sivananda Forest Vedanta lineage and later as a multi-styled yoga teacher and Ayurvedic yoga therapist – gaining a deeper understanding of yoga in its essence.Combining my knowledge with more than 10 years of experience as a massage-therapist & integrating Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Partner yoga and Kinesiological Stretch with playful touch to bring out more fun and joy into my classes. I work with all ages, including babies of 6 weeks old and children all the way up to seniors.My speciality is 1-2-1 Conscious detox programs in other words personal holistic retreats aimed for complete detox of physical, emotional and spiritual purification combined of practices and therapies created individually for every client for its full potential benefits through Yoga, Guided Active Meditation, Breathwork, Ayurvedic Yoga therapy, Conscious movement, Hammock & Aquatic therapy, Sound healing, Sacred rituals, Nature bathing and Art therapy.I also work with Groups via workshops and personalised retreats for co-workers, families, children and couples offering Yoga, Connecting circles, Massage workshops, Creative arts, Breathwork & Meditation workshops.With Love,Anastasia
