• Anchored Souls is an organization founded this year to help organizations, communities, and individuals navigate through life's challenges by being supported and inspired. • Anchored Souls provides resources from carefully approved mental health care providers to make life easier, so you can access them from anywhere you are. • The resources include videos, a podcast, and links to local, national and international experts, organizations and online communities so those needing assistance have a designated place to turn and not feel isolated. • I am speaking to organizations and events to inspire others by sharing relatable stories and building "toolkits" they need to overcome their adversities or challenges• My purpose is to help others heal or work through challenges to move forward in life by showing that you are never stuck but it all starts by your willingness to keep getting up.
