Idropres S.r.l produces positive displacement gear pumps for fluids of various nature and viscosity. The company is born during the year 1966 in Busto Arsizio like mechanical workshop, in the purpose to follow the activity of maintenance for the industrial pumps for the companies that operate in the territory, and developing an own production of volumetric pumps. In the years, the company distinguished for the service offered to the customers in terms of speed and quality of the supply, and servicing on pumps of all the Manufacturers, without omit the study and the productive research for new materials and technologies in order to adapt the production to the new requirements of the market. Two decades later, the advent of ATEX norms involves a further phase of development apt to obtain a certified product able to satisfy a part particularly important of the market. Beginning from 2005, consolidating a relationship of 30+ years of collaboration, Idropres S.r.l becomes one of the references credited for the service of Pompe Travaini. Nowadays, the company follows a strategy focused on the requirements of the final user, offering a reliable service for the solution of problems inherent the transfer of fluid and being in a position to support all the productive requirements, from the planning to the realization of finished product. The workshop is equipped of CNC machinery of the last generation, that allow all the mechanical machining of the parts coming from the foundry. The assembly unit is equipped with a computer controlled test bench for the control of the final products. For some special workings and treatments on the materials the company resorts to the outsourcing, taking advantage of external workshops. The more important fields in which the company is present with its products are those of the varnish production and resins, moreover the demands from the chemical industry are constantly increasing.
