In the more than 40 years since, we have evolved and expanded our reach to become a consistent source of capital to underserved housing markets throughout New York City and in communities across the state.Our deep, strategic relationships with government agencies, community groups, banks, and other investors has positioned CPC as a trusted partner who works hand-in-hand with housing providers to create customized financing solutions. CPC has financed more than 185,000 affordable housing units to date.
