I am a registered nurse healthcare consultant. My goal is to bridge the gap between the patient and their health care system by offering in-home wellness checks, disease and medication management, geriatric care navigation and advocacy. I develop comprehensive and individualized care plans to assist clients reach their health and wellness goals while teaching them how to navigate their health care system.I also offer consulting services for businesses on Home Care, Assisted Living, Developmental Disabilities Administration and Health Care Litigation. I can assist in improving policies and procedures, quality assurance and maintaining The Joint Commission Accreditation. As an expert nurse witness, I review medical records for deviations from standards of care, summarize findings and explain medical terminology. I also teach the Medication Technician Training Program for Certified Medication Technicians monitored by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
