Since our principal processing plant is located 30 minutes from Puerto Montt, we can harvest our fish live, assuring the freshness of our products.Our smoking plant is 100 kms south of Puerto Montt in Rio Negro, Hornopirén. Here we make smoked products, adding great value in line with our customer and market place demands.
