Dr Paul Carr, a General Practitioner and Anaesthetist, founded the company in 1995 on two important principles – deliver a quality product and provide customers with a first-class support team. Dr Carr knew first hand that as a doctor, time is precious and having a support team readily available to assist was crucial. These principles are as important today as they were more than 20 years' ago.
