Powered by engineering group, 7D Team, Bartail provides an alternative to buying and scrapping submersible pump parts. With decades of mining experience, we design pumps and pump parts that are built to last in the toughest of conditions.Bartail Berserker pumps are designed for reliable underground dewatering. Pump ends bolt directly onto BiBos, making upgrading simple. Available in two motor wet ends: standard or heavy duty. Trade-ins are available.Easy to service: Three bolt external adjustment.High corrosion and erosion resistance: Due to either stainless steel, or duplex white iron (impellers) wetted metal parts.Upgrading is simple: Pumps ends bolt directly on Flygt® BS series BIBOs and replicas.Chemically resistant: Not affected by oils or solvents like Natural Rubber and Polyurethane.Pump EndsOur engineers have carefully designed the Berserker pump ends so the hydraulic performance is identical to the BiBo performance.Instead of being polymer lined aluminum our standard build is Duplex Stainless Steel casings, with Duplex White Iron impellers and wear plates. In all test work with solids and corrosives, the Berserker pump ends outlasted lined aluminium.MOTOR ENDSIn lighter duty non-corrosive underground sumps, the lower cost aluminium motor may suffice, image RHS.In heavy duty services, especially corrosive, hot, or high solids content the heavy duty more expensive full stainless steel Berserker HD series is recommended, image LHS. CAPEX is higher, but OPEX dramatically lower. In lighter duty non-corrosive underground sumps, the lower cost aluminium motor may suffice, image RHS.In heavy duty services, especially corrosive, hot, or high solids content the heavy duty more expensive full stainless steel Berserker HD series is recommended, image LHS.
