 Hello! Here's a little bit about us:         Full of Beans is formed, at it's core, by a Portuguese dynamic duo of mother and daughter (lovingly supported by friends and family...).    Alongside a lifetime immersed on a good food culture, common to someone with our origins, we both feel we have a lot to share with our customers.    Filomena (the mother) has several years of experience as a business owner in Portugal, and a great sense of customer service and professional pride.   Carolina (the daughter) has just over 20 years experience in hospitality under her belt, working at the best restaurants, both in Portugal and the UK. Opening our own business has been the topic of long afternoon chats around the table. And now we finally felt it's time to make it happen.    Nowadays, we all run through our days at a crazy rhythm and tend to leave anything that isn't a basic need to second plan. Fuelling your body is a priority, taste isn't, quality even less... Well.... Just because you don't have much time it doesn't mean you don't make the most of it!
