Together, H.Y. offers a comprehensive, in-house service combining land surveying, planning, and civil engineering.H.Y. has been involved with the development process of countless subdivisions, multi-family projects, commercial, and industrial developments. We have also completed government infrastructure projects involving legal surveys, design and construction of roadworks, and major trunk water and sewage systems. Larger projects include developments valued over 1 Billion.
