Forward Movement Training and Consulting is a nationally recognized defense education and training company, located in Meridian, Idaho. Since 2013, FMTC has worked with organizations across the United States in both the public and private sectors in the areas of personal, employee, organizational, and school safety. In 2018, FMTC was recognized for its efforts in working with public and private schools across the country, and was hired by the Idaho Department of Education to help in the development and implementation of the KISS (Keep Idaho Students Safe) Initiative. In addition to our work with schools, we work with organizations throughout the country in the areas of Workplace Violence, Leadership courses, Team Building, and Site Security.
