Established in 2010 The Truffle Company is located in the beautiful town of Mudgee in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. At an attitude of approximately 600m with warm springs and cold winters the region is ideally suited for the production of one of the gourmet worlds most prestigious and mysterious products. After planting 5500 Oak trees inoculated with the famous Black Perigord Truffle fungus (Tuber Melanosporum) we successfully harvest our first truffles in the winter of 2017 off 6 and 7 year old trees. With yields increasing each year we're focused on producing a product of the highest quality and integrity for customers across the globe.Along with the production of premium fresh truffles we are working on a range of truffle products for distribution both domestically and internationally.
