The vision for Uncle Andy's Jerky started with the desire to create new, exciting and unique flavors for beef jerky. When it comes to jerky, people typically think—teriyaki, hot, original or peppered. So after looking at cuisine from around the world and the thousands of ways meat can be prepared Uncle Andy decided to bring new "foodie" influences to jerky. Adopting a model similar to the craft beer industry with seasonal and limited edition flavors allows us to continually innovate based on culinary trends and fan suggestions.
