Microtek provides a blend of expertise in advanced microelectronics solutions to clients at the R&D and prototype stage. We work at the bare chip level while integrating microelectronics, bioscience or therapeutics to develop highly miniaturized applications. Microtek collaborates with startups and top-tier companies as well as with researchers and professors at universities and services a wide market base including medical, defense, telecommunications and photonics. Novel and individual solutions are naturally attained by working in close collaboration with our clients. We assist in the creation of intellectual property (IP) to improve human health. Microtek focuses on optimum microelectronics packaging solutions from prototype to production for applications in: Wirebonding, Die Attach, Die Sorting, Flip Chip, MEMS, MOEMS, VCSEL, Photonics, Ultrasonic, Thermosonic, RFID, Sensor Assembly, Eutectic Bonding, etc. Microtek R&D In conjunction with the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Microtek is also developing targeted therapeutics. We use state-of-the-art equipment and procedures to discover new chemical entities (NCEs) or new biological entities (NBEs) with therapeutic potential, for integration into our microelectronic technologies. Currently, Microtek is focused on development and commercialization efforts for proprietary technologies, including the GI μCapsule technologies and the μIT Device.
