The McLay family began their butchery business in Glasgow back in 1920 and in 1987 McLays Master Butcher was formed as a specialised supplier to the catering trade. Since then the business has grown to become one of Scotland's leading suppliers to independent hotels, restaurants and many more.McLays now have a Fresh Fish and Fruit & Vegetable division providing a complete chilled food service and are looking forward to an exciting future with the expansion of the home delivery service.
