If we do not mend our ways [which are pretty much reckless] sustaining life as it has been will become a tad difficult. We need to co-exist with nature, preserving its resources, yet, fulfil our needs and requirements. This can only be done if we reduce what we waste, re-use and recycle wherever possible, adopt organic solutions for our problems adapting ‘natural technology' in our lifestyle and focus on renewable forms of energy. In this era of rapid industrialisation where ‘development' is the key word, we are convinced that sustainability and co-existence is the way forward. This field enables us to question conventional practices and look for innovative and inventive solutions which need not be technologically driven but can be understood and borrowed from the simple ways of Mother Nature.
