JOMC's core mission is to make a difference through engagement. We know that through creating a culture of higher engagement we will help organisations save lives, make better products and improve their business. We were founded in 1994 by a number of ex-ICI professionals after some landmark work done on creating more effective safety cultures. In the intervening 15 years JOMC has undertaken work with over 250 blue chip organisations to develop an impressive track record of organisational improvement in areas such as Health and Safety and Quality. Now active internationally, we estimate that we have created higher levels of engagement with over 2,000,000 individuals to help them change their perspective on the way they work. We have an historical expertise in Health and Safety but work in all business areas where people's behaviour is always a factor in driving positive culture and performance.Using existing tools and workshops that we customise for new clients, or developing something totally novel, our focus is engaging with people to develop practical solutions to the complex problems that organisations face. Results driven, we make sure that whatever we develop is sustainable and we are proud of the fact that work we do with our clients still delivers success years after initial implementation.
