Our vision is to create a better life for all people through energy conservation and renewable energy sources.Home Energy Consultants, Inc. also provides HERS (Home Energy Rating System) services and we are certified RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) rater. We label Energy Star Homes, perform HERS ratings and perform NYS mandated testing for compliance with the NYS Energy Conservation Code (i.e. duct leakage tests, duct balancing tests and blower door tests).
