We are a local IT and Telecommunications support business with more than 100 years of combined industry experience. We do our best work with businesses between 10 and 100 technology users that are looking for a partner to help them navigate the technology landscape. Typically our customers were working with multiple vendors for different parts of their technology environment. For a fixed monthly fee we've been able to consolidate all of the support, management and security requirements of these systems into one proactive, holistic service that we call OneHelpdesk®. We have four key areas of expertise: Devices – we provide support and management of businesses devices such as mobile phones, workstations, phone system and tablets Infrastructure – we provide support, management and optimisation of your key systems infrastructure such as servers, Office 365, local area network and wireless LAN Connectivity – we provide support, advice and optimisation or your carriage services such as internet, voice lines and mobile services Security – we provide support and management of your network security posture, and active management of strategies to mitigate security risks for your systems We're located at Brisbane Technology Park Westlink Green and have been in business since 1996.
