Constructive CollaborationWe design, develop and deliver new solutions to enable effective collaboration.Today's challenges are increasingly complex, and solutions depend on devising ways that foster inter-disciplinary work, the integration of technology and a strong collaborative culture within organisations. Constructive Collaboration [CC] has developed unique methods that harness technology to empower teams to deliver exceptional outcomes on projects and programmes. The CC model has been developed with the input of many organisations including Clients, Advisors, Contractors, Institutes and Academia. Early in 2015 CC started to investigate whether ‘we can create a process that allows effective collaboration to be rolled out in construction?' The CC process is now being used across major projects and programmes by a number of global infrastructure companies as Early Adopters. Use of the process has been applied in over 100 sessions across 20 projects and programmes with Infrastructure clients including: @one Alliance/Anglian Water, Heathrow Airport Ltd, Welsh Water, East West Rail Alliance, GSK and many more. We are building a strong data set derived from many professionals engaging over a period of 18+ months. This insight will support the Construction industry's need to improve, and as a social enterprise Constructive Collaboration is committed to sharing knowledge for the benefit of the wider collaborative community.
